The Perfect Country Setting

There we were.  In the middle of a pasture. Was it the perfect country setting?

We had driven to the country to look at a piece of property.

It was one of those kind of deals  where you just had to know someone.  The property was not listed for sale on MLS or anywhere, for that matter.

We hadn’t come to see this piece of property in the middle of a pasture.

The landowner said hop on my ATV.  We ventured off along the ponds and beautiful trees lined up in a row. PECAN TREES.  I was on the back seat of the ATV and I tapped my husband on the shoulder and whispered “THIS!”.  We asked if the piece of property was for sale and the owner said YES!

I. Knew. Immediately!  I never had a second thought.

We looked at the other property but I could not get my mind off of the land with the pecan trees and beautiful view behind it.

A country setting.  The perfect country setting!  Just what I had imagined.

I was eager to close the deal.

And we did!!
