This close to Halloween, you HAVE to have a monster foot meatloaf.  I mean, really.  A little celery toenail.  So yummy.

It’s a good thing that you are more hungry than scared.

So come on.  Let’s go all in, feet first.

Teaux Geaux.  Lol Sorry, but I am from Louisiana. 🐅💜💛

Alright, pull it together – all the ingredients.

And pre-heat the oven to 350.

Here is what you will need.

1 lb ground beef

1 onion

1 stalk of celery

1 bell pepper or 3 banana peppers

1 egg

4 TBP Panco bread crumbs

1/4 TSP onion powder

1/4 TSP garlic powder

1/4 TBP celery seasoning

1/4 TSP black pepper

Parsley

4 TSP ketchup

olive oil

Optional: sour cream and salsa for a frightful visual affect.  😱

Chop the peppers and half of an onion into small pieces.  🔪  In a large bowl, mix together the ground, beef, peppers, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seasoning, black pepper, and ketchup. 🧅🫑🥚🥣

Oil the bottom of a large all metal skillet or a baking pan.  I like to use a skillet to brown the bottom of the meatloaf before placing it in the oven.  🍳 You know, cook that monster good!

Now for the fun part. 👩‍🍳  Place the meatloaf mixture in the pan and mold it in the shape of a spooky monster foot.  My monster has three toes and celery for toenails and ankle bone. YIKES

Okay.  Now cut your toenails. No, really.  Cut the toenails. 😆  Put them on your meatloaf. 🙃😅

Bake the monstrous mess for 40 minutes.  Turn up the heat to broil and give that foot a tan 👙under the broiler. ☀️ When browned to you’re likin’, pull the monster out and squeeze a little sour cream over his bad ankle and add a little salsa to freak your family out.  Sprinkle with a little parsley so he looks like he is fresh out of the haunted forest.

It’s time to call in the family. 🛌 💀
