🌶️🍖 I meandered out to the garden in my Tweety Bird pjs 😁 and discovered a handful of peppers. The pepper plant was the last man standing from the summer garden and I was surprised to find so many beautiful peppers.
My neighbor has a garden, also and she told me about a roast recipe that calls for peppers. I have lived in the South my entire life and never heard of this dish. 🙃 She said the recipe is absolutely delicious and that we would LOVE it.
And we did!
